Adults only

Individual sessions are 45 minutes. EMDR reprocessing sessions are 90 minutes.

I am currently only doing virtual sessions using a secure portal. You must be located in DC, New York, Maryland or Utah in order for us to work together.

$225/individual session

I accept credit cards, debit cards or FSA (flexible spending account). No matter how you wish to pay a valid credit card on file is required. Payments are made after each session.

I take insurance through the company Alma only. Under their services I am paneled with Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna. Alma can help you determine your cost, co-pay, deductible etc and answer any questions in terms of payment and insurance. They also collect your payment.
For all other insurances I am an out-of-network provider. This means you are responsible for the full cost of your session. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits it is possible that your insurance provider may reimburse you. I will provide you wit ha receipt in order to submit a claim for reimbursement. Before your intake I encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider and ask them about your out-of-network benefits.

Some helpful questions to ask your insurance are:
-Do I have out of network mental health benefits?
-Do I have a deductible? If so, how much has been met so far?
-How much will be covered per session?
-Do I need authorization?
-How many mental health sessions per year are covered?
-How do I get reimbursed?

Clients are charged the full session fee for any session missed or not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Please note, these fees cannot be reimbursed by insurance. If you are able to reschedule within the same week at a convenient time for both of us your fee may be waived.
