My approach
I believe that you are the expert on your experience and take a holistic strength-based approach to therapy. I love helping clients examine their core beliefs and where they came from in order to clarify what is working for them and what is not. My therapy sessions are collaborative and use a combination of evidence based modalities and creativity. I enjoy working with my clients to develop routines and coping skills that help them find more balance, create positive habits, and manage stress more effectively.

Virtual therapy
All sessions will be facilitated using a secure video platform. This makes therapy more convenient because you can do it from wherever you are most comfortable. I work with clients located in D.C., New York, Maryland, and Utah.
